To access over 60 completely free transitions in Premiere Pro CC 2021. Open your Essential Graphics Panel. Click on My Templates and type in Transition. This will show you what free transitions you have pre-loaded. To access more, Switch from my templates to adobe stock. Click the “free” checkmark. Type in “transition” into the search bar. This will show you 8 pages of free transitions that you can use by dragging and dropping them on your timeline!
