Adobe After Effects – How to make Adobe Illustrator files into Shape Layers

In this video, I teach you how to take a standard Adobe Illustrator file and turn it into a native shape layer inside adobe after effects. We use the Create shapes from vector layer functionality. This is useful for illustrators and animators that want to make their art in illustrator and then animate it in after effects
