🎨 What You’ll Learn:
Creating a New File: We start by creating a new file in Adobe Illustrator. The canvas size doesn’t matter; just make sure it has a white background.
Drawing the Ellipse: Grab the Ellipse tool from the toolbar on the left and draw a symmetrical ellipse by holding down the Shift key.
Setting Fill and Stroke: We’ll change the fill color to red and remove the stroke to prepare our circle for 3D transformation.
First Method: Using Inflate: Navigate to the ‘3D and Materials’ option in the window tab. Click on ‘Inflate’ to instantly turn your flat circle into a 3D sphere with lighting and shadows.
Second Method: Using Revolve: We’ll draw another ellipse, this time with a blue fill. Using the Direct Selection tool, we’ll delete half of the circle and then use the ‘Revolve’ option in the ‘3D and Materials’ tab to create another 3D sphere.
