In this quick tutorial I show you how to take any photo, or picture, and turn it into a painting. We use the Style Transfer Neural Filter. We also click on the custom tab and we use a reference image of any artist we prefer. In this example, we use Johannes Vermeer’s “Girl With A Pearl Earring”.
