In this tutoriral I show you step by step how to lock the video camera to yoru face and vice versa using Adobe After Effects CC. The first step is to load your footage and then open the tracker panel. Click on stabilize motion, then click on apply forward. Once this is complete, click on apply – select both x and y axis to track up and down and side to side.
Next, click on scale and scale the video up so that there are no transparent edges when you render the footage.
