In this quick tutorial I show you how to change eye color, step by step, in Photoshop CC. Step 1 is to take the pen tool and draw a selection around the eye. Next, right click on the path and “make selection”. Now, create a new solid color layer – select the color you want the eye to be. Now create a clipping mask and clip it to the layer below. Reduce the opacity to around 60%, and change the blending mode from normal to color. Increase the feather as you see fit. Finally, take a soft round brush and paint around the edges if you have any areas that need attention.
