Creating a repeating pattern in a circle – or a circular repeating pattern in Adobe Illustrator. First, create a shape in Illustrator. Next, go to object — repeat — radial. This will create a circle pattern with the shape you drew.

Now you can adjust the number of shapes in the circle, the shape and density of the circle, and the distance between the shapes.
