In this tutorial, I show you how to add colour (tint) to an image in Photoshop CC 2019. I use two techniques – the first one is using a hue saturation adjustment layer.
The second method is using a photo filter adjustment layer.
This is a great way to add colour to an image without using built in filters in instagram (for example).
