In this video, I show you how to apply a filter to any video inside your iPhone using the new video features function in iOS 13. Click on photos, then click edit. Then select your video.
At the bottom, you will see three overlapping circles, right beside the crop button. Hold it down, and then it allows you to add filters. You get a slider of filters you can apply to your video.
Note: the sider at the bottom of the filter allows you to determine how much of the filter to apply via blending. You can go from 100 (full filter) to 0 (no filter applied).
