Adding text behind a subject or object is easy in Adobe After Effects. Step one is to make a duplicate copy of the video you are adding text too. Now click on the rotobrush tool, select the top video, and brush out the subject or object. Move the playhead forward frame by frame, making sure the brush strokes are correct. Now create a text layer and move it between the two video layers.
