How to make a button in photoshop. Step 1, create a 500 pixel by 500 pixel composition – make sure the background is set to transparent. Next, get the rectangle tool and draw a button 400 x 100 pixels. Next, adjust the corner radius from 10 pixels to 40 pixels.
Click on the fx icon, and add a bevel and emboss. Click style “emboss”, and adjust the depth and size (I use 105% and 10 pixels).
Click on stroke and add a 1 pixel stroke on the outside.
Finally, add a light drop shadow to sell the appearance of depth.
