In this quick tutorial I show you how to create a simple flicker effect inside adobe premiere pro 2023. The first step is to add footage to the timeline. Next, move your playhead to where you want the flicker effect to begin. Now hold down command K on a Mac or Control K on a PC and create a cut. Move the playhead to the right one frame at a time for ten frames and create a cut. Finally, remove every second keyframe.
