In this tutorial I show you how to create a bass drop effect using Adobe Premiere Pro CC. The first step is to drag and drop the video and audio into the timeline. Next, listen to the audio and press “m” to mark the parts of the song where the bass drops. Now create an adjustment layer and trim it to four frames. Place the adjustment layer at the first bass drop point that you marked.
From there, drop the magnify effect on the adjustment layer and change it to 110. Finally, add a fast blur effect and increase it to 25 for a blur effect.
