In this tutorial I show you how to create a slow motion clip in premiere pro cc 2021. First step is to drop the footage into the project panel. Next, right click on it and go to modify — interpret footage. Under interpret footage, select assume this frame rate. Enter in the value you want to slow your footage down too.
I had a 24 fps clip and I selected 6 fps – slowing my footage down by 400%. Every one second of footage now takes 4 seconds. Drag and drop the footage on to your timeline and then render when ready.
