In this tutorial I show you how to create a subtle vibration and shake effect using adobe premiere pro CC. Step 1 is to load your footage onto the timeline. Next, create an adjustment layer that is only 3 frames long. Add the adjustment layer to video track 2. Next, add the magnify effect to the adjustment layer – set the magnification level to 105 and the size to 1500. Now add the mosaic effect. Make the horizontal blocks to about 90 and the vertical blocks to around 150.
