In this tutorial I show you how to create your own light leaks. First, drop your footage into the timeline. Next, create an adjustment layer. Add that adjustment layer to the timeline. Select 4 color gradient from the effects panel and add to the adjustment layer. Make point 1 the color you want for your light leak, and the other three points black. Animate the color over time, and change the adjustment layer from normal to screen mode.
