In this tutorial, I show you how to lighten / adjust the colour of someone eyes in photoshop CC 2019. The first step is to zoom in to the eyes, then create a brightness / contrast adjustment layer. Adjust the brightness higher or lower as you see fit. Then, you will want to go go edit, fill, and fill with black.
After you’ve filled the image with black, you will want to add a layer mask to the image. Then, use the paintbrush tool and make sure your painting with the color white.
With that selected, paint white to the parts of the eye as you desire, and you will have lightened the eye color.
