To make your words / text pop-in and synchronize to your audio track in premiere pro, do the following. First, drop your footage onto the timeline. Next, click on the type tool in your toolbar. Left click on the canvas and type in the first set of words you want to synchronize. Next, click on the alt (PC) or Option (Mac) key and push up to create a copy of the text layer. Do this a third time.
Now adjust the font, font style, and size as you see fit. We use Roboto in this demo. Now look at your audio / wav file and trim the start of the first text file to where you begin speaking. Repeat this for the final two text layers.
