In this video I show you two ways to move an image or move a picture in adobe premiere pro cc 2021. To animate an image, add your footage to the timeline. Next, add your image to video track 2. Click on the image, and click on the toggle animation / stop watch. Set the playhead to where you want to start your animation and then move the playhead head forward to where you want the image to stop moving.
