In this video I show you how to rack focus using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2021 without relying on lenses. The first step is to add a gaussian blur to your footage. Now, select the pen / free draw bezier tool and draw a mask around the object you want to blur. Next, increase the blur as required. Press the button on the stopwatch net to blurriness as we will be animating the blur over time.
