In this tutorial I show you how to quickly reverse footage using adobe premiere pro. First step is to add your video to the timeline. Next, place the playhead over the frame you want the reverse to start. Now cut the frame using Command K (Mac) or Control K (PC). Next move the playhead forward to where you want the reverse to stop and make another cut. Create duplicate copies of the cut section by holding down alt on a PC and Command on a Mac and dragging to the right.
Finally, right click on the section, select speed duration, and then select reverse.
