In this tutorial I show you how to upload video that is rendered in adobe premiere pro cc 2018 and upload it to Instagram. The first step is to go to file – export media – format H.264. Next, uncheck the box beside 1920 x 1080 and change the width to 640 and the height to 360. Make sure Profile is set to main, and your level is at 3.1. Click render at maximum depth, and bit rate encoding at VBR, 2 pass. Then change the target bit rate to 3 and the maximum bit rate to 4. Check maximum render quality.
Next, render the file to your hard drive or cloud drive.
**Optional – place your file in google drive (or one drive etc) and then either drop it into your social media management tool (hootsuite, buffer, etc) or open your phone, open your google drive, and then save the file to your phone.
