In this video I teach you how to warp faces in adobe photoshop. The first step is to open an image. Next, create a duplicate copy of the layer. Now, go to filter — liquify. Select the liquify filter and select the forward warp tool. Use the forward warp tool to stretch the image.
Also, you can use the liquify face detection tool to increase size of the eyes, space between eyes, lip size, forehead size, chin length, and much more.
