In this tutorial, I show you both how to install and use photoshop actions. We go through a checklist of what you need to know. Your layer must be set as a background layer first off. Under image, you must be on RGB Color and 8Bits / Channel.
From there, we go to Window, then to actions. Under the actions pane, we go to the top right (four lines or hamburger menu) and go to load actions.
We also create a new layer, we name it brush (all lower case letters). We paint around the areas we want to apply the action too.
