In this tutorial, I teach you how to remove face tattoos using Photoshop CC 2020. The first step is to select the picture you want to work on and drop it into photoshop. Then, create a new layer, so that we are working non-destructively. After that, we select the clone stamp tool. Next, hold down the alt key (if on a PC) or the option key (if on a Mac) and select the target area you want to “graft” over top of the tattoo / image. Make sure you select from an ideal area. Repeat this as needed until you have removed the tattoos.
Next, you can add some colour in using the brush tool. Make sure you select a soft brush, like the soft round brush, and that you adjust the flow and opacity down. It is easier to layer the colour on gradually.
