In this video, I show you how to turn a picture into a painting in photoshop cc 2021. First step is to go to your properties panel, scroll down to the quick action area, and click on view more. From there click on Swirling Night Sky quick action and click apply. If you want to adjust the image further, double click on neural filters. You can now adjust the brush size, style strength, background blur, and even the brightness. Also, you can adjust the style of painting – from Van Gogh to Picasso.
